Caherdaniel is part of the Kerry International Dark Sky Reserve, the first named in the northern hemisphere. The reserve includes the Iveragh Penninsula on which we sit and due to the locals' work to protect against light pollution you can enjoy incredible star gazing.
"Star Wars, The Force Awakens" was partly filmed on the Skellig Islands which you can see from the top of our mountain!
